4.2 KYC Verification. rtv777 is required to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests or upon reaching applicable transaction thresholds. 4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and one-time passwords (OTPs). rtv777 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. You agree to notify rtv777 immediately via the official support channel if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.4 Account Ownership. Your rtv777 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other person. rtv777 accounts have no monetary value independent of the real-money balance they contain and cannot be traded as assets.

5.1 Currency. All financial transactions on the rtv777 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made via foreign currency payment methods will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. rtv777 is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. rtv777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Payment method availability may vary by transaction type and player account status. rtv777 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue payment method availability at any time.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published within the rtv777 account dashboard and may vary by payment method. rtv777 reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with notice to affected players where practicable.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days. Processing times are estimates and may be extended in cases requiring additional verification, during peak periods, or due to circumstances outside rtv777's control including payment provider delays.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. 12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rtv777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, or loss of access due to suspension or termination of your account for Terms & Conditions violations.

12.3 rtv777's total cumulative liability to any individual player for direct damages arising from the platform's services shall not exceed the value of the player's deposited real-money balance at the time the claim arises. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from rtv777's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

12.4 rtv777 is not responsible for the consequences of gambling decisions made by players. Gambling involves risk and players may lose money. By using the rtv777 platform, you acknowledge that you are wagering voluntarily and accept the inherent financial risk associated with gambling.

13.1 rtv777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicious financial transactions, or regulatory requirements.

13.2 In the event of account suspension pending investigation, access to the account and its balance will be restricted until the investigation is resolved. rtv777 will endeavour to complete investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate its findings to the affected player.

13.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rtv777 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus balances subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's registered Philippine payment method, subject to KYC verification requirements.

13.4 Accounts closed due to confirmed Terms & Conditions violations (including fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse) will have all balances forfeited. rtv777 will communicate the specific grounds for forfeiture to the affected player.

14.1 Dispute Resolution Process. If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of the rtv777 platform, game outcome, payment, or account decision, you must first contact the rtv777 customer support team (available 8AM to 12MN PHT) and allow a minimum of five (5) business days for resolution before escalating the matter further.

14.2 Regulatory Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through rtv777's internal customer support process, and the dispute involves a matter within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, players may escalate the complaint to the relevant PAGCOR department responsible for licensed online gaming operations. rtv777 agrees to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mediated dispute resolution process.

14.3 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the rtv777 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the processes described above.

14.4 Game Outcome Finality. All game outcomes at rtv777 are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the game server. rtv777 does not accept disputes regarding game outcomes that are consistent with the published rules and RTP parameters of the relevant game and are not the result of a verifiable technical malfunction.
